We design educational facilities that foster learning through superior indoor air quality (IAQ) and flexible technology infrastructure. Recognizing that schools and research labs have unique thermal and acoustic needs, we apply ASHRAE 62.1 for ventilation and CIBSE Guide M for operational safety. Our MEP solutions focus on high-performance HVAC systems, campus-wide security, and high-speed ICT networks that support modern digital learning. We ensure these spaces remain adaptable to future technological shifts while maintaining strict safety and energy-efficiency standards.
