Scope Summary Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the thermal performance and energy consumption for the entire Gewan Island masterplan including outdoor areas cooling. The study encompasses all components of the development and focuses on verifying the project’s thermal and electrical load projections. It also evaluates the effectiveness of the implemented energy conservation strategies. Additionally, a sensitivity analysis was performed on critical elements—such as façade thermal performance—to support the definition of optimal performance targets in terms of both energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
