Project Scope

• The project scope include the detailed design of ELV, Security, smart irrigation system and Building Management System. The scope included the coordination with the site wide operation team for the integration with the Industrial Area headend. The deliverables included layouts, control sequence of operation for all the MEP systems, Integration details, schematic and riser diagrams, rack face elevations, Technical Specifications, BOQs, heat map studies for the Wi-Fi, coverage drawings for the security cameras.
