Scope Summary Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the thermal and energy consumption for the entire masterplan of the Capital Business District in Cairo, Egypt. This includes all masterplan components, encompassing 20 towers and the Iconic Tower—the tallest tower in Africa. The assessment aims to validate the project’s thermal and electrical loads and evaluate the effectiveness of the energy conservation measures implemented. Additionally, a sensitivity analysis was carried out for key elements, such as façade thermal performance, to support the definition of recommended performance levels from both energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness perspectives.
